What's hot and what's not in flooring style right now; ceramic vs porcelain tile, or hardwood flooring? How about greige? Because of my work in the home design and home remodeling world, one area of importance is staying updated, informed and educated on the latest and greatest flooring materials, style and uses.
Countertops have come a long way since the horrid home design style of the 1970's with their dreaded orange Formica. Although Formica is still a pinch hitter in the home building and remodeling game, it is not a top contender like the many beautiful natural and man made materials we see going into homes these days.
