This is based on an 12×14 sq ft area and minor floorplan changes. This includes new level one cabinetry, new plumbing fixtures, adding a custom vent hood, new countertops, backsplash, new faucet, recessed lighting and pendants, new flooring and fresh paint in kitchen area.
